With a reputation for excellence and a loyal clientele that includes London residents, international visitors, and business professionals, we are seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead our iconic restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Lead the day-to-day operation of 45 Jermyn Street, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.
Maintain the highest levels of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Ensure all operational processes are executed efficiently and consistently.
Champion a culture of hospitality excellence across the restaurant.

Commercial Performance

Take full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost management.
Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, stock control, and business planning.
Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales and maximise profitability.
Regularly review performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

Guest Experience

Deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
Proactively manage guest feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer journey.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to support career development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging working environment.
Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety legislation.
Maintain high standards of operational compliance and risk management.
Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Business Development

Develop relationships within the local community and hospitality sector.
Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation.

Skills & Experience

Significant experience as a General Manager within a premium, luxury, or high-volume restaurant environment.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
