Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Bar team member to join our team. As a Bar team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, cocktail experience (1-2 years), great customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their stay.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Take food and drink orders confidently.
Make Cocktails
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is required
Knowledge of hospitality industry is required
1-2 years bartending, and experience with cocktails.
Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset
Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively
