The role will be based in our Stoke Depot, within the newly refurbish modern office suite.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our sales operations by managing customer communications, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help ensure smooth sales processes, foster customer satisfaction, and contribute to our company's ongoing success.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM software, providing prompt and professional responses
Process sales orders accurately using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Assist in resolving customer issues efficiently with clear and efficient communication

Requirements

Proven sales administration experience or similar administrative roles in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt quickly to new IT tools and processes
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
