Trainee Baker – Full Training Provided

We are looking for someone with a genuine love of baking and the drive to learn and improve every day. You will begin by assisting with essential bakery tasks, but with full training and support you will progress to producing a wide variety of products and become a valued member of our team. For the right candidate, this role offers unlimited potential and the opportunity to grow into a fully fledged baker. In this role you will be initially placed onto our sourdough section with opportunities down the line to learn other skills.

Who We Are
We are an award-winning artisan bakery specialising in sourdough breads, laminated pastries, and cakes. Our focus is on quality, creativity, and craft — using exciting ingredients and methods to produce an ever-evolving range of products.

We proudly supply wholesale breads, cakes, and pastries to a prestigious list of clients including Cheltenham Racecourse, Silverstone, Gloucester Services, Henley Regatta, as well as our own shops.

Every Saturday, our pop-up shop showcases an ever-changing menu that allows us to experiment with new flavours and refine our techniques.

This year we were named one of the Top 50 Bakeries in the UK, adding to the multiple awards we’ve achieved over previous years — recognition of the passion and dedication that drives our work.

Part time hours will normally be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but may vary week to week.

Full time will be 40 hours a week - 5 days over 7
