Overview

Join our team as a Recruiter and become vital in connecting new staff members with exciting opportunities! In this energetic role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to building lasting relationships with hiring drivers and various other members of staff including Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will drive our efforts forward, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industries. Responsibilities

Lead candidate sourcing initiatives using various channels, including social media management platforms, job boards, and professional networks to generate high-quality leads.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team.
Utilize relationship management techniques to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and communicate offers clearly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in lead generation, social media management, and applicant sourcing strategies to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Skills

Proven experience with lead generation techniques for recruiting top talent across various platforms.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools used for relationship management in HR contexts.
Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent sourcing and employer branding.
Understanding of human resources processes and best practices in recruiting within diverse organisational settings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
