Full job description

A great opportunity for a motivated and very well organised person to join an ambitious and professional team within an expanding company. The right applicant will also have an opportunity to to make a positive impact on the Company’s development and their own career path, working in a close environment with the company Directors. The Senior Property Manager will have a background in residential lettings and ideally already in a similar position. They will be responsible for the day to day running of approximately 250 properties throughout the country from our offices based in Warrington.

The successful candidate will be :

Self motivated with a solid work ethic and pro-active approach
Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to communicate at all levels and build long standing relationships
Happy and confident to work on own and confident in decision making
Have good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
A background of Residential Lettings, Management & Customer Service is essential

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Day to Day management of a Property Portfolio
Achievement of monthly lettings targets
Communication with Landlords
Communication with Tenants
Maintenance Handling and Reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year OTE with Bonus £35,000 per year
