We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at De Montfort Vets on a full-time basis.

De Montfort Vets is a thriving small animal practice located in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside. Our practice is committed to delivering outstanding patient care while ensuring a seamless and compassionate client experience. We have a dedicated team of 5 Veterinary Surgeons, 12 Nurses and 4 support colleagues who work together to provide the highest level of care for our patients.

Situated in the charming market town of Evesham, we are surrounded by beautiful landscapes, riverside walks and classic Cotswold villages. With excellent local amenities, easy access to Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham, plus direct rail links to London, Evesham is an ideal place to live and work.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

Rota basis, working 8:00am-4:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am-1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients

Answering telephone calls

Registering new clients

Booking appointments

Taking payments

Dispensing medication

Managing incoming emails and promoting our preventative healthcare plan
