Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess strong communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Duties

Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately within the facility
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and with excellent phone etiquette
Manage front desk activities including handling mail, deliveries, and visitor logs with efficiency
Maintain organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
Assist with clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning documents, and updating records

Qualifications

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and basic data entry techniques
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Strong typing skills for efficient document processing
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions
