£26,437, No Weekends, 25 days holiday (excl Bank Holidays)

Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm

Crescent Manufacturing is seeking motivated Production Assistants to join our team at our Park Royal site, producing medicines for the UK pharmaceutical market. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career and grow within the pharmaceutical industry. We provide extensive, hands-on training to support your professional journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Packaging: Carry out the production and packaging of finished products in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Material Handling: Assemble raw and packaging materials, and dispense materials for production (please note this role involves heavy lifting of up to 20 kg).
Bulk Manufacturing: Produce bulk products using specialized mixers and process vessels according to established batch processes.
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing and packing machinery, including automated filling, labelling, cartoning, and shrink-wrap machines.
Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize production areas, machinery, and equipment following the completion of tasks.
Documentation: Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation applicable to your daily duties.
Procedure Adherence: Read, understand, and follow all SOPs relevant to your assigned role under the guidance of the Production Manager or Production Supervisor.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to communicate effectively as part of a fast-paced production line team.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness, especially regarding compliance, documentation, and quality standards.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting up to 20 kg.

Should have experience in production industry (pharmaceutical and food industry preferred).
