Job Vacancy: Manager – Indoor Inflatable Theme Park & Café

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Manager to lead our exciting new Indoor Inflatable Theme Park with Café. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the launch of a fun, family-focused attraction and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of both the inflatable theme park and café. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of customer service, maintain health and safety compliance, and help drive the business to success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of the theme park and café.
Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Oversee café operations, including stock control, food hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor budgets, sales, and operating costs.
Plan staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Organise birthday parties, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Work closely with the owners to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous management experience in leisure, hospitality, retail, or family entertainment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Experience managing budgets and achieving sales targets.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene requirements.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
