Part-time ¦ 20 hours per week
£14.12 - £15.42 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends)

Swift House is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprises of a mix one and two bedroom retirement apartments. Exclusive to the over 70s, it has some outstanding communal facilities, communal lounge and on-site restaurant.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
Supporting with individual care packages

£14.12 per hour – £15.42 (depending on shifts)
Fully paid training – Get qualified with funded Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
Qualification: Preferably Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
