Full job description

Job Title: Key Account Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Key Account Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our customer accounts, which include Amazon UK and US vendor central and seller central accounts. The role ensures orders, customer communications, product information, stock availability, refunds and warehouse dispatches are managed accurately and efficiently, while supporting wider customer operations where required.

Main Duties

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of the Amazon UK and US accounts, ensuring account activity is handled accurately and on time.

· Process Amazon FBA orders from booking shipments on Seller Central through to warehouse dispatch, liaising with the warehouse and stock controller to ensure stock is available and delivery requirements are met.

· Maintain Amazon title listings, including Excel data entry, product information, images and web descriptions as required.

· Monitor and respond to emails, queries and notifications from customers.

· Manage marketplace compliance tasks, ensuring customer and platform requirements are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

· Process and manage Amazon refunds, investigating issues and coordinating with relevant internal teams where needed.

· Check sales, forecasts and stock information to support good availability, reduce returns and identify where additional stock may be required.

· Liaise with internal departments, including warehousing, distribution, stock control and account management, to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.

· Support customer operations for national, wholesale, export and other key accounts when required, including order queries, delivery schedules and ad hoc account administration.

· Review processes and recurring issues to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer service.

· Coordinate samples orders for licensors and photographers.

· Answer the telephone and resolve customer queries.

Skills and Requirements

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data, orders, stock and customer information.

· Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with listings, reports and operational data.

· Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with internal teams and external platforms or customers.

· Practical understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.

· Proactive approach to problem solving, process improvement and resolving issues independently where appropriate.

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
