Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Boardroom Receptionist to join our team based at a prestigious legal client in the heart of Bristol.

This exciting, hands-on role offers the opportunity to make your mark within a busy and high-profile operation that is brand new to Portico. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional who can help deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience and ensure every visitor receives a consistent, market-leading service.
As the face of the business, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for clients, colleagues, VIP guests and event delegates, while championing Portico's values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all visitors and guests.
Manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
Provide exceptional boardroom and reception support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Welcome and assist VIP guests, clients and event delegates.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation throughout the reception and meeting spaces.
Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive service innovation.
Ensure all front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £14.42 per hour

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

You will have:
Previous experience in a busy reception, front-of-house or customer service role (essential).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
A proactive, flexible and positive "can-do" attitude.
The confidence to engage with clients, visitors and senior stakeholders.
A genuine passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
The drive to succeed and uphold Portico's industry-leading service standards.
