Full job description

Sales & Property Negotiator

Luxury Hub Estate & Letting Agency is growing, and we are looking for a confident, ambitious, and people-focused person to join our Congleton team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in estate agency, sales, and property.

You do not need years of estate agency experience. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, good organisation, and a genuine desire to learn.

You will be speaking with homeowners, buyers, and sellers, following up leads, booking valuation appointments, attending viewings, and helping grow the Luxury Hub brand across Cheshire and the North West.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day role will include:

Speaking with homeowners, buyers, sellers, and potential clients
Following up sales leads by phone, email, and CRM
Booking valuation appointments for the senior team
Attending property viewings across Cheshire and the North West
Collecting viewing feedback and updating homeowners
Keeping accurate notes and follow-up actions on the CRM
Helping sellers with regular updates and market reviews
Supporting local marketing and social media activity
Building relationships with local contacts and potential referrers
Helping generate new business and future property instructions

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident speaking to people on the phone and face to face
Friendly, professional and well-presented
Hungry to succeed and willing to learn
Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
Interested in property, sales and customer service
Comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools
Social media aware and happy to help promote the brand locally
Resilient, proactive and comfortable following up leads
Able to work full-time from Congleton
Able to travel across Cheshire and the North West when required

Previous experience in estate agency, sales, telesales, customer service, hospitality, retail, lettings, viewings or account management would be useful, but it is not essential.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
