About Us

Sidewalk Hospitality Limited is a growing hospitality business committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality food, outstanding service, and innovative marketing. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence and promote our brand across multiple digital platforms.

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content that enhances our brand, increases customer engagement, and supports business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, organised, and passionate about digital marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging written, graphic, and video content.
Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor social media channels and respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
Plan and maintain a content calendar for promotions, events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
Produce creative marketing materials aligned with the company's brand identity.
Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify emerging social media trends and recommend new marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with management to support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
Ensure all content complies with advertising standards, copyright laws, GDPR requirements, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns and digital performance.
Protect and enhance the company's reputation through professional online communication.
Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role as required.

Requirements

Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or organisation.
Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Experience using content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to create engaging photo, video, and graphic content.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience within hospitality, food, or retail marketing is desirable but not essential.
