Leader of Lettings - Location: Lincoln

We’re growing - and we’re looking for a high performing B2B Sales Manager to join us; who can turn big ideas into real results, maximise performance for our Letting Agent customers and support our team members to deliver an optimal return.

At HomeLet, part of PIB Group, we’ve been supporting the UK’s private rented sector for over 30 years. As the UK’s largest provider of tenant referencing, insurance, we help letting agents, landlords and tenants across the country with fast, accurate and reliable services.

You’ll join a team of driven, down‑to‑earth experts who care about customers, love a challenge and have fun while they do it.

The purpose of the role

Win, retain and grow our overall customer base, optimising the use of our full proposition.

You’ll lead the B2B customer sales and development teams to:

Grow the number of active letting agent customers
Increase profitability of the existing product lines
Encourage clients to use value added services, ensuring they are ‘Fit for the future’.

What you’ll be doing

Drive sales growth across our UK Letting Agent base in line with ambitious business targets.
Grow the agent base year on year, securing key new opportunities and increasing engagement with existing agents.
Own growth strategies - identify, develop and deliver clear plans that increase product volumes and profitability.
Lead and inspire teams - manage B2B new business and customer development teams with clear goals, coaching, 1:1s and performance plans.
Maximise product value by encouraging take‑up of added‑value services so agents get the full benefit of our proposition.
Run effective campaigns - work with Marketing to design and deliver campaigns that boost engagement, loyalty and sales.
Use data to decide - manage pipelines, analyse key data and report monthly on performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
Champion our customers - spot friction points in our proposition or service, take ownership, and drive improvements through to resolution.
Support agent education with training and guidance so agents can confidently use every element of our products.
Stay compliant and informed - ensure activity meets FCA requirements and keep up to date with regulatory and market changes.
Know the market - maintain strong competitor insight and deep knowledge of the lettings landscape and key customers.
Represent Sales - be a visible role model across the business, sharing best practice and showcasing the value your teams deliver.
Manage governance - ensure accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, handle complaints and queries appropriately, and provide clear reporting to Sales and senior leadership.
