Full job description

Job Overview

We are searching for an organised Coordinator for a full-time position to join our friendly and fun office team. The role combines standard planner position with some customer service involvement. Your main responsibility would be planning of the daily work for the Cleaning Department, with support from The Cleaning Team Management.

The post is available for an immediate start and we are looking to hold the interviews this week.

We will provide full training; however, the role requires basic knowledge of the Edinburgh area, good memory, sense of urgency and ability to take ownership and bring tasks to fulfilment.

We welcome hospitality professionals looking for a change in their career to apply. No evening work is required, however there may be some weekend work required, which is to be discussed during interviews.

Responsibilities

Daily planning (including listing locations and delegating tasks between Team members) 60%
Creating Driver’s list/brief 15%
Stock and purchasing 10%
Cover for client support via mail, chat and phone 15%

Requirements

Fluent or communicative Polish
Fluent English
Basic knowledge of Edinburgh – street names and their location or good memory/fast learner
Ability to work at pace
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Attention to detail
Initiative and organisation

Desirable

Advanced knowledge of Edinburgh area – street names and their location
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent memory
Ability to multitask
Customer Service skills
