Job Overview

Shreeji Care is looking for a motivated and organised Human Resources Administrator to support our recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR within the Health & Social Care sector while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Process DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and employment references.
Monitor staff compliance, training, visas, and mandatory documentation.
Assist with HR administration, including contracts, letters, and personnel files.
Record annual leave, sickness, and other employee records.
Support payroll administration by preparing relevant HR information.
Respond to HR queries and provide administrative support to managers.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and UK employment legislation.
Undertake general administrative duties as required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
