Full job description

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive to help plan, develop, coordinate and deliver effective multi-channel, audience led marketing communications.

The Role:

Manage multi-channel marketing activities, using audience segmentation/approach.
Progress communications from brief to sign off, distribution and subsequent reporting.
Develop briefs that meet marketing objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships such as internal colleagues, agencies and suppliers.
Identify improvement to ways of working, systems, processes and sourcing efficiencies and implement outcomes successfully.
Feed into the monthly management accounts process for the communication budget and work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure spend is tracked and reported on.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than twice a month on average. Occasional travel to other events and locations may also be required approximately four times a year.

The Candidate:

Plan and deliver effective multi-channel marketing activities using and audience led approach.
Knowledge of how to provide advise to multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration sills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience developing briefs that meet marketing objectives.
Experience identifying and implementing improvements to systems, processes and sourcing efficiencies.
Strong organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
Knowledge on how to engage with new and existing audiences.
Experience managing monthly budgets.
