Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, with experience in catering, serving, and food preparation. Previous restaurant or barista experience is highly desirable. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly and courteously
Support barista duties if applicable, preparing coffee and speciality drinks with attention to detail
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Previous barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for specific duties
