Full job description

Role Overview

Support textile manufacturing operations while maintaining high production quality and operational efficiency.

Duties

Monitor and control the textile production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Conduct detailed analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and optimise operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain HACCP procedures across all stages of manufacturing to ensure food safety compliance where applicable.
Perform regular quality assurance checks throughout the production cycle, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality control protocols and standard operating procedures.
Assist in training staff on quality standards, safety procedures, and analysis techniques.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inspection results, and compliance documentation.
Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to textile manufacturing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in textile production or a related manufacturing environment.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within textile or food-related industries is highly desirable.
Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Relevant qualifications in textiles, quality management, or industrial processes are advantageous.
