Sales Executive – Property Services

Location: Braintree, Essex (Office Based)

Job Type: Full-time, Self-Employed

Salary: basic guaranteed guaranteed basic + uncapped commission

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm however there is some flexibility

HUBB Group is a rapidly expanding specialist property services company, providing leak detection, plumbing, drainage, damp & mould remediation, water damage restoration and specialist remedial works across the South East.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers and being rewarded for performance with uncapped commission.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue by converting enquiries into completed remedial works while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Contacting warm inbound enquiries generated through our website, marketing campaigns and referrals.
Following up survey recommendations and converting them into completed remedial works.
Liaising closely with our surveyors to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Building and maintaining relationships with both domestic and commercial clients.
Preparing quotations and following up outstanding proposals.
Proactively generating new business opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Confident, professional and target-driven.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Organised with good attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
