Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
- Maintain and assist with stock management, ensuring the store is well-presented.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising within store to drive sales.
- Monitor store sales to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Administrative proficiency for managing paperwork, schedules, and reports.
