Full job description

An exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated and well organised person to join an ambitious and professional team within an expanding company. The right applicant will also have an opportunity to make a positive impact on the Company’s development and their own career path working in a close environment within the company based in Warrington.

This is a varied and interesting role with the opportunity to gain a broad understanding and practical experience of the letting and property management industry, with the view to progress into a Senior Role within a 12 month period.

Whilst the main role will be to assist in general administration role initially, the selected applicant will be given opportunities to help develop the position and have input into procedures with in the company as we grow at a fast rate.

The selected applicant initially will also be asked to head up various tasks within the office and must be prepared to get involved in all areas of the business - OTE £27,000 pa

The successful candidate will be –

Highly motivated with a solid work ethic and pro-active approach
Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to communicate at all levels
Happy and confident to work on own and confident in decision making
Have good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
From a proven background of office administration

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Day to day assistance in processing references, communicating on all levels via email and phone.Initially other duties will include general office administration, tenancy renewals and contractor liaison.

Hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Property experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Warrington WA2 0YL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Driving Licence (required)
