Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Estimator and Sales Coordinator to join our team! This exciting role combines the precision of estimating with the energy of sales coordination, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will support project cost assessments, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate sales activities to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Duties

Assist in preparing detailed project estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, and client requirements
Use software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Xero to compile cost data and generate accurate estimates
Support the sales team by coordinating client communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining software records
Manage sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, quotes, and follow-up documentation
Maintain organized records of project estimates, client interactions, and sales activities using Microsoft Office applications
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather pricing information and ensure estimates reflect current market conditions
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting their needs throughout the sales process

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook for daily tasks and communication
Knowledge of estimating tools such as Xero or similar software is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong computer literacy including IT skills necessary for efficient data management and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent time management skills
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability in fast-paced environments
