Full job description

Could you be the organised, people-focused person who helps make a real difference to children and young people across East Sussex? We want to hear from you!

As a Senior Business Administrator, you will provide essential support to help the team deliver an efficient and effective service. You will respond to queries, maintain accurate records and provide support with tasks such as minute taking, financial administration and data entry.

This is a varied role where you will need to manage several tasks at once, deal with interruptions and reprioritise your work to meet the needs of the team. You will be front-facing, meeting and greeting young people and partner agencies, while working closely with colleagues both in the office and across the community to make sure the service runs smoothly.

The people we are looking for in this vital position will have:

RQF Level 2 English or able to pass an assessment at interview
Ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines

This is more than administration – be part of a team that makes a difference to children and young people across East Sussex, using your skills to help services run smoothly and effectively.
