Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+
The role will be predominantly based at our Seaford office, with days-based working from some of our introducer’s offices in Sussex and Central London.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in understanding their mortgage options and protection needs through clear, professional advice
Conduct initial client consultations to gather financial information and assess eligibility
Support clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
Keep up-to-date with current mortgage products, regulations, and industry best practices
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and advice provided in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
Continuously develop your knowledge of financial services, including basic math skills necessary for calculations and assessments

Skills

CeMAP qualified with competent adviser status.
Proven experience in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilient.
Strong interest in financial services and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
Basic math skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and affordability assessments
Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly and confidently
Ability to work as part of a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally through training and on-the-job experience
