Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

We're currently looking for a therapist who can commit to working Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

At Thrive Together Psychotherapy, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, connected and valued.

Private practice can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be isolating. Too often, therapists are left to build a business alone—finding clients, managing bookings, marketing themselves and making important clinical decisions without the support of trusted colleagues.

We're building something different.

Thrive Together Psychotherapy is more than a therapy practice. We're creating a professional clinical community where therapists can build thriving, sustainable private practices while remaining connected to a team that values compassion, integrity, collaboration and continuous professional growth.

If you're looking for more than simply hiring a therapy room, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a self-employed therapist to join our growing clinical community.

This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who can offer appointments on:

Fridays
Saturdays
Sundays

These are growing clinic days with increasing demand and an excellent opportunity to build a successful private practice within Thrive Together Psychotherapy.

Our Commitment to You

We believe trust should be earned.

That's why you won't pay your Thrive Practice Membership fee until you've received your first two Thrive referrals, provided you are actively offering your agreed clinic availability and engaging with the practice.

From your very first day, you'll have full access to:

Weekly clinical training
Weekly business development sessions
Practice management and online booking software
Marketing support
Your profile on the Thrive website
Our supportive clinical community

You'll simply pay for the consulting room hours you use until your membership begins.

Because we believe in investing in our therapists before asking them to invest in us.

Membership

Thrive Practice Membership: £250 + VAT per month

Your membership includes ongoing professional development, business support, marketing, referral opportunities, practice management systems and access to a collaborative clinical community.

Consulting Rooms

Our beautifully designed consulting rooms are available exclusively to Thrive therapists.

Exclusive Member Rate: £25 per hour

Flexible booking allows you to grow your practice at your own pace while keeping your overheads manageable.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for therapists who:

Hold a recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy.
Are registered or accredited with BACP, UKCP, NCPS or another recognised professional body (or are working towards accreditation).
Hold professional indemnity insurance.
Are committed to ethical, relational and reflective practice.
Value collaboration and continuous professional development.
Want to build a successful private practice within a supportive clinical community.
Can commit to offering appointments on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
