Are you highly organized, great with numbers, and looking for your next great opportunity?

Apollo Technology is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly! If you have a head for numbers and love keeping everything balanced, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day accounts. Your main duties will include:

Customer Accounts: Generating and issuing accurate invoices, and sending out regular customer statements.
Accounts Payable: Processing and verifying supplier invoices, and preparing lists of supplier payments for approval.
Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations and accurately allocating card payments.
Expense Management: Logging and managing company expenses, including fuel receipts and standard business purchases.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with standard accounting software is a plus!

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
