We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

Previous experience in a front office or reception management role
Ambitious and hard working
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude
Proficiency with booking systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

The Role:

Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/out procedures and guest services
Manage and train reception staff, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for smooth coordination
Monitor and maintain accurate booking records using hotel management systems
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
Maximise room occupancy at best rates while implementing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
