Part-Time HR Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Health Shield, Electra Way, CW16HS - Hybrid Working
Hours: Part-time (Monday to Friday, flexible working hours)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £26,700 - £28,000 per annum - full time equivalent salary

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes while delivering an excellent experience for colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the HR function.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
Prepare HR documentation, including contracts and letters.
Assist with recruitment administration and interview coordination.
Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers.
Ensure all HR documentation is maintained in line with company policies and GDPR requirements.
Support the wider HR team with projects and other administrative tasks as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working in an HR Administrator or similar HR support role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using HR systems being an advantage.
