About the Opportunity:

You will be a key member of our administration team, supporting the accurate and timely production of documentation in line with both customer and regulatory requirements. This role offers a varied workload, including generating reports, responding to email queries, and preparing and issuing customer invoices and documentation packs.

What you will be doing:

Prepare and issue customer invoices and documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements within the export department
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by updating internal systems
Respond to customer and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
Support the wider team in ensuring documentation is processed efficiently and accurately

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can demonstrate:

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and consistently
The capability to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines, effectively prioritising tasks and managing stakeholder expectations
A flexible and adaptable approach, with a proactive and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Strong time management skills and the ability to adjust priorities in line with business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
