Job Summary

Starting with Saturdays and more shifts to add as time progresses.....

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heart of the social experience! In this energetic role, you will craft memorable moments by serving quality drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every visitor enjoys a safe, clean and enjoyable environment. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic setting that values positivity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Greet guests warmly, take orders promptly, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and other areas.
Manage cash and card transactions accurately using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving change.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, including recognizing signs of intoxication.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events.
Follow a specific closing down process

Qualifications

Previous Bar experience not required. Able to take direction a must.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during high and low volume shifts. and shift start and finish times.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
