Full job description

Partington’s is family-owned and operates Holiday Parks across Lancashire, the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales plus Walterz Entertainment Centre near Blackpool. Established over 80 years ago, and offering Holiday Home ownership and short break holidays in an extensive range of accommodation. Partington’s also offer caravan touring holidays and seasonal touring pitches at several Parks.

We are recruiting for a skilled Supervisor to support the management team at Walterz Entertainment centre. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage customer service quality are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Role: Supervisor

Location: Walterz Entertainment Centre

Hours: Likely to be 35 hours per week

Salary: £14.35 per hour

Role overview

Ensure the accuracy of the bar floats
To dispense and serve food and drinks as required
Ensure excellent front of house service, allocating and supporting team members for efficiency
Opening and locking up, ensuring closure at the correct times and end of day tasks are complete and documented
Motivate the team to upsell products, packages and events
To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor within the hospitality / entertainment / food and beverage industry.
Tech confident and able to assist with online bookings and game setup/ malfunctions. Additional training will be provided.
Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
