Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Reception and Customer Service professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks accurately using various computer software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintain organized reception area and manage scheduling or appointment bookings efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents
Support office operations by managing correspondence, emails, and basic clerical duties
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow throughout the office

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and visitors
Accurate typing skills for data entry and document preparation
Previous clerical experience is preferred to handle routine office tasks efficiently
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for supporting financial documentation
