Overview
Elysium Group are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager with extensive mixology and cocktail menu creation, to oversee our high end restaurant and cocktail bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere. As Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the bar, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food and drink service.

Duties
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with culinary offerings.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to hygiene standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Experience in food and drink preparation or production is advantageous.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
