Overview

Join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner in Weston Super Mare and bring your energy and attention to detail to a dynamic cleaning environment! This role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial spaces. If you’re passionate about creating spotless, welcoming environments and have experience in janitorial work, this position is perfect for you! We value motivated individuals who thrive on delivering excellent service and take pride in their work.

The job is split between 2 sites

MADEIRA COURT

Mon 2.5hrs Tue 2.5hrs

Thur 1.5hrs Fri 2.5hrs

BIRNBECK COURT

Mon 1.5hrs Wed 1.5hrs Fri 1.5hrs

they area 5 min drive apart. You will be cleaning communal areas

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and hygienic.
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency across all assigned areas.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Maintain a high standard of health and safety compliance during all cleaning activities.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold the company's cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service consistently.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
