The Partnership In Care Ltd is a family-run organisation dedicated to providing exceptional social care services across six Care Homes in East Anglia. With over 40 years of experience, we prioritise delivering person-centered care that enables individuals to live as they choose, supported by a compassionate and skilled team.

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Clinical Director’s Assistant to join our head office function, based in Risby, near Bury St Edmunds . This position offers an exciting and rare opportunity to support clinical operations and contribute to the smooth running of our care homes. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting quality social care delivery, along with being highly adaptable and possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Assist the Clinical Director in managing daily work tasks with efficiency and precision, the role is varied and days can hugely differ depending upon the needs of the homes.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules, taking minutes and producing action plans as required.
Manage correspondence via phone and email with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and strong written skills, building relationships with external health and social care professionals.
Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to clinical operations and compliance standards, such as completing investigations, researching policy and producing guidance requested by the Clinical Director. Work with the Care Homes to gather information and prepare for example, Newsletters for distribution and complete quality surveys.

Undertake some focussed audits on specific areas as directed by the Clinical Director, with the aim of improving practice and therefore the lived experience within the Home's.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring all documentation is organised and accessible. Develop skills around completing Support plans and risk assessments under the guidance of the Clinical Director.

Experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion and interest for working with people and a willingness to learn about the sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and strong written skills.
Ability to type quickly and accurately to support documentation needs.
