Basic Salary up to £27,000 per year plus company benefits

Office-based role from our Scotland location

Arrow Industrial Group has grown since 1986 to become a specialist in the industry, providing security solutions to customers nationwide and delivering a forward-thinking service experience. Arrow are one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial doors, automatic entrance doors, loading bays, gates, and barriers.

Our products include commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged doors, high-speed doors, traffic doors, fire shutters/smoke curtains, and other types of automatic gates and barriers.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team in Scotland. This is a varied office-based role, providing general administrative support to the wider team and helping ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team
Answering and responding to emails and telephone enquiries
Updating and maintaining company records and databases
Filing and organising documents and paperwork
Assisting with basic data entry and processing
Supporting the team with quotations, orders, invoices and other administration as required
Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
Booking meetings and assisting with diary management where required
Helping to keep internal systems and records accurate and up to date
Supporting other members of the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Carrying out any other reasonable administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administration or office-based role is preferred
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional and confident manner
Good customer service skills
Proactive and willing to learn
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous experience using SAP Business One and/or BigChange Jobwatch would be advantageous but is not essential
A flexible and positive approach to work
