Position Overview: As a Case Management Team Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and learning. This entry-level position is designed to introduce you to the workings of our Case Management Team, offering a personal, efficient, and friendly service to our clients, staff, and members of our expert panel. Working closely with Expert Allocation Team to ensure that we offer the best service possible. You will receive hands-on training and support as you assist with managing caseloads, organising office operations, and building client relationships, contributing to the company's growth.

Training: Upon joining our team, you will participate in a structured training program covering General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and accounting packages. This program is aimed at developing your competencies, ensuring you become a confident and capable member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with diary management, including booking appointments and securing necessary documentation.
Liaise with clients through email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional correspondence.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and experts.
Support The Expert Allocation Team with their duties and responsibilities.
Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with enquiries within the specified prompt time period
Provide administrative support, ensuring GDPR compliance and efficient case management and assisting the team during leave / busy periods.
Managing allocated Experts’ caseloads and liaising with clients promptly and efficiently.
Working to fill your Experts Case Capacity.
Formatting reports and other case correspondence.
Help to raise invoices for work completed by the Experts within the same month as its completed.
Ensuring outgoing post is sent daily.
Assist in business development and marketing initiatives.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Personal Requirements:

A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with an eagerness to learn more.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently.
Professional demeanour, presentation and a positive attitude.

Scope for Progression: Starting as a Case Management Team Trainee offers a unique opportunity to grow within Expert in Mind. With hard work, dedication, and continuous learning, you can progress to more advanced roles within the Case Management Team and beyond. Performance and responsibility levels will guide salary adjustments and opportunities for advancement.

All Benefits commence after a 3-month probation period.

· 5 days Sick pay after qualifying period of employment of 1yr.

· Company Healthcare after 2yrs employment.

· 28 days paid holiday, which includes mandatory bank holidays and Christmas break.

· We offer increased holiday allowance based on length of service from Year 3 of continuous employment gaining an extra day for each year worked thereafter until year 7 of continuous employment. Subject to satisfactory performance and attendance.

· We also offer travel incentives after 5yrs of continuous employment.

** We will be relocating to Bexhill Town centre, as of mid August 2026**
