Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as an experienced Barista, if you have skill in latte art and matcha making we want to hear from you. Your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our customers! You should be confident to work as the main Barista, in this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the coffee counter, expertly preparing a variety of beverages and food items while providing exceptional service. Your multitasking skills and positive attitude will help keep our small boutique company running smoothly, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and baked goods
Ensure all food safety standards are maintained to guarantee a clean and hygienic environment
Serve customers efficiently while delivering friendly, attentive service that enhances their experience
Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling transactions and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout your shift
Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills

Proven experience as a barista
Knowledge of food safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards at all times
Strong serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently
Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
Excellent time management to juggle multiple responsibilities during busy periods
Reliable team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
