Full job description

Are you passionate about luxury travel and creating exceptional guest experiences?
Join My Private Villas, a leading luxury villa rental company with a portfolio of over 800 exclusive properties across the globe. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Concierge Manager to deliver exceptional concierge services to our international clientele.

Salary & Benefits:

28 days annual leave (incl. UK bank holidays)

For candidates based in London: hybrid role – minimum 4 days/week in office
For candidates based elsewhere in Europe: remote role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage concierge services for luxury villa bookings from pre-arrival to departure
Convert concierge enquiries into bookings and manage the full process, including proposals, confirmations, invoices and itineraries
Coordinate bespoke experiences and services with trusted local suppliers
Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships and encourage repeat business
Review and optimise our existing network of local suppliers, and identify and onboard new partners
Negotiate rates and commission agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service
Maintain accurate supplier and product information in the CRM, including pricing, descriptions and photos
Resolve client requests and issues with professionalism and a client-first mindset
Work closely with the sales team to deliver seamless guest experiences

Working Hours & Flexibility

This is not a standard 9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday role.
Flexibility is essential, as you will occasionally work outside regular business hours to support clients in US time zones and respond to urgent or last-minute requests, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the travel industry, preferably in luxury travel, a DMC, hospitality or concierge services
Minimum of 1 year of management experience
Strong knowledge of the luxury travel and hospitality sector
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM systems
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when needed
Based in Europe
