Job type: Full-time Location: Remote Salary: £29,000 per year

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Case Support Assistant to join our remote team.

In this role, you will review customer case information, check documents, update records and complete tasks that help move cases through our internal process. You will support work relating to administration and documentation support and other customer matters.

You do not need previous experience in this type of work. Full training will be provided. This role would suit someone who is organised, comfortable using a computer and able to follow clear processes carefully.

Trade Note is a London based accounting firm that supports businesses with corporation tax management and related accounting services. We focus on accurate work, clear communication and reliable support for our clients. Our team works together to keep processes organised and make sure each matter is handled professionally.

Key responsibilities

Review customer case information and supporting documents Follow step-by-step processes to complete assigned case tasks Help prepare and update documents, support cases and related customer matters Check information carefully and make sure records are accurate Update case notes, records and task statuses Complete assigned work within expected timeframes Identify missing information, errors or potential issues Report concerns to the case coordination team Communicate clearly with team members when support is needed Help move cases forward until they are completed Maintain a professional, helpful and respectful approach

Requirements

Good written English Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems Strong attention to detail Able to follow processes and instructions accurately Organised, reliable and able to manage assigned tasks Willing to learn new procedures Able to work independently from home Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication skills A suitable home working environment and reliable internet connection

Working arrangements
