Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team and drive retail excellence. In this pivotal role, you will support store operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Duties

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage inventory levels, food hygiene standards and overall store presentation
Support onboarding, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent etiquette and communication skills
Maintain organised administrative records, including refrigeration and food temperature logs, inventory, and staffing schedules

Requirements

Management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a fast-food environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others toward shared goals
Excellent communication skills
Experience in fast-food management or related supervisory roles preferred
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in administrative functions such as reporting, scheduling, and record keeping
Outstanding interpersonal skills with professional etiquette and customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
