Production Operative
Beenham, RG7 5PU
£34,170 + Benefits
Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday,
Shifts (6am to 2pm Mon to Fri + Saturday 6am to 11am) / (2pm to 11pm) rotating weekly

We're currently recruiting experienced and reliable Production Operatives to join our team at Beenham, near Reading on a permanent basis.

Did you know our Beenham site produces over 900,000 units per week across 4 production lines with a team of 80 colleagues?! As market leaders and innovators in our sector, we are invested in both our evolution and our people, this is a great time to join our thriving company!

So, what's the mission?
You will mainly work within the concrete Tiles department, operating manual and semi-automated machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You'll work as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality products using the best technology and techniques but most importantly you’ll put health and safety at the heart of everything you do!

You will be required to provide our site with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting and other handyperson jobs.

What are the mission-critical skills?
Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation

FLT counterbalance licence would be preferred but not essential
Team player with attention to detail
Good level of English, verbal and written
IOSH qualification is desirable
A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
