Join Our Friendly Team

We are a well-established private dental practice in the West End of Aberdeen, looking for a welcoming, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they get in touch or walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and providing exceptional customer service.
Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient appointment diary.
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate records.
Handling payments and daily cash reconciliation.
Liaising with clinicians and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Assisting with general administrative duties.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Has strong IT and administrative skills.
Is professional, friendly, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Previous reception or customer service experience is essential. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
