Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a productive environment where team members can thrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced workplace.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments to optimize office workflow
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
Process invoices, receipts, and financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support team members with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
Assist in inventory management of office supplies to ensure availability and cost-efficiency

Requirements

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Previous administrative experience with data entry, filing, and clerical responsibilities
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in typing and record keeping
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
