The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Events & Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll represent leading brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns, engage with customers and help deliver memorable brand experiences.

Whether you're introducing customers to new products, supporting live events or helping clients grow their customer base, you'll play an important role in the success of every campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Represent nationally recognised brands at promotional events and customer campaigns
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional and confident manner
Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive brand experiences
Promote products and services while identifying customer needs
Support the planning and delivery of promotional events and campaigns
Build strong customer relationships and encourage brand loyalty
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign objectives
Develop your communication, sales and customer engagement skills
