About the Role:

London is a global creative hub, and at Jason Funk Design UK Ltd, we bring that same world-class visual standard to every digital touchpoint. We build striking, high-converting digital assets and brand experiences that demand attention. We believe that digital media should be both visually arresting and strategically powerful. We are looking for a Graphic / Digital Designer who can take ownership of our visual aesthetics. You aren't just arranging graphics; you are defining the brand strategy. You will collaborate closely with creative leads and strategists, bridging the gap between brand identity and intuitive digital interfaces. You are the advocate for visual excellence in a room full of marketers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Language Ownership: Maintain and evolve digital visual assets. Ensure brand consistency across social, web, and client deliverables.
End-to-End Design: Lead the visual design process from initial concept sketches and mood boards to high-fidelity marketing assets and digital handoff.
Asset Production: Create high-impact graphics for digital campaigns, social channels, web layouts, and print collateral.
Visual Research: Don't just follow trends. Research target audiences and competitor visuals to ensure design choices resonate before launch.
Stakeholder Management: Present your design concepts to internal leads and clients. You can articulate why a composition works strategically, not just that it looks good.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in Graphic or Digital Design within an agency or fast-paced design environment.
Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio is essential. Show us actual campaign materials, typography work, brand projects, and digital layouts. Show us the brief, your creative process, and the final visual output.
Tooling: You are an expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experienced with Figma.
Communication Skills: Clear, articulate English communication for client presentations and collaborative team sessions.
Mindset: You have a keen eye for detail. You know how to balance artistic perfection with meeting tight client deadlines.

Pay: £25,420.00-£36,324.31 per year
