About PrimeFix Group Ltd

PrimeFix Group Ltd is a growing property services company specialising in leak detection, plumbing, heating, drainage and electrical services.

We work with homeowners, landlords, managing agents and businesses across London and the surrounding areas. Our focus is on providing a professional service, responding quickly to customers and making sure every job is handled properly from the first enquiry through to completion.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Service & Bookings Coordinator to join our office team in Stevenage.

You will be one of the main points of contact for our customers. You will deal with new enquiries, arrange appointments for our engineers and make sure customers receive a professional service throughout the booking process.

The Role

The role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, is well organised and can work confidently in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Booking appointments and coordinating engineers’ diaries
Following up new enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings
Speaking with customers to understand their requirements
Liaising with engineers throughout the day
Following up completed jobs and any additional work required
Taking customer payments when required
Keeping customer and job information accurate and up to date
Making outbound calls to customers and following up enquiries
Providing excellent customer service from the initial enquiry through to completion
Working closely with the wider office team to keep jobs running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and confident when speaking with customers.

You should have:

Previous experience in customer service, sales or administration
Good telephone and communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Good computer skills
Strong organisation and time-management skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
A professional approach when dealing with customers
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Experience within plumbing, property services, construction, facilities management or a similar industry would be useful but is not essential.

What We Offer

£29,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
40-hour working week
Working hours of 08:00 – 17:00
Optional overtime available
Fully office-based position in Stevenage
